Inspired by the Tampa Club’s prior board president, Robert Paredes, our non-profit organization was born from a profound belief in the transformative power of culinary arts and hospitality education. Robert's love of food and wine and his unwavering support for aspiring culinary talents motivates us to make a difference. The support of the Tampa Club, its members, and staff has given us the opportunity to raise the necessary funds, recruit our board, and bring Robert's vision to reality.
